Double-acting hydraulic cylinders with external pump – flexible, precise and remotely controllable (850 bar)

These double-acting high-pressure cylinders with a separate hydraulic pump are designed for applications where maximum flexibility, precise power control and work from distance are required. They can be used in both pressure and pulling directions and can be operated in any installation position. The control is carried out via an external hand pump or motor pump, which makes it particularly versatile and adaptable.

Like the variants with integrated pump, these cylinders are preferably used in welding work, assembly processes, straightening work and in the positioning of heavy components. They are ideal for industry, steel construction, shipyards, maintenance and public construction projects.

Precise power transmission with high control

With forces of 10 to 50 tons and lifting distances from 120 to 150 mm, these cylinders offer a balanced combination of performance and sensitivity. The differential remote supply via external pumps enables a controlled movement in both directions and an exact adaptation to the respective work process.

Robust, durable and designed for continuous use

The smooth piston is equipped with an anti-flu and corrosion protection treatment and is equipped with a scraper seal. This reliably protects against contamination and wear and ensures a long service life even in harsh conditions.

Versatile connection and flexible workpiece holder

Depending on the application, the cylinders can be equipped with a flat pressure plate, a drawstring or a female fork – all images are interchangeable. The 3/8" NPT internal thread connections enable a safe and standardized connection to external hydraulic systems.

Individual adjustments possible

On request, different lifting and force versions, special accessories and bolts for fork heads can be realized. As a result, the cylinders can be precisely adapted to customer-specific requirements – with short delivery times.
